Running Down Stairsstill
Site-specific Installation - video with sound,monitor
Two versions: 2003,2005

Exhibited at Artseen, a site-specific annual exhibition held by Artcite Inc.; in an abandoned elementary school (2003 and an abandoned fire station (2005).

The installation plays upon the current climate of fear and the proliferation of surveillance sites in post-9/11 society. Each version of the work is videotaped at the stair location that it is exhibited at. Through loop editing, an impression of endlessness in space and time is achieved.
